Gram Fiour _ 2 tbsp ( kadala mavu)

Turmeric Powder _ ½ tsp.

Hing _ ½ tsp.

Onion _ 1 finely chopped ( optional )

Tomato _ 1 finely chopped ( optional )

Green Chilly _ 5 split

Ginger _ 1 inch finely chopped ( optional )

Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves _ 2 tbsp

Seasoning

Mustard seeds -_ ½ TSP.

Jeera _ ¼ tsp.

Split uraddal _ 1 tsp.

Channa dal _ 1 tsp.

Oil _ 2 tsp.

Method:

1. In a bowl, take kadalaimavu, turmeric powder,salt & water 11/2 tumbler. Mix well without lumbs and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds,jeera, split uraddal,channadal and green chilly. Saute for few minutes, add finely chopped onion & tomato. Saute well, till the tomatoes turn mushy.

3. Now add the mixture in to the kadai. Stir contionously. Let this boil for 5 minutes..So that the gramflour gets cooked well and the mixture thickens. Finally add finely chopped coriander leaves

4. Goes well with Poori, Chappati & Dose.

Note:

1. This receipe can be done without onion and tomato also.

2. The gramdal mixture shouldbe thin and watery in consistency before boiling .
