Instant Mango Pickle

Mango -1 Medium size

Chilly powder – 1 tsp

Salt – as required

Seasoning:

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.

Jeera – ½ tsp

Hing -3/4 tsp

Red chilly – 1

Curry leaves – few

Method:

1. Cut the mango into small squares and take it in a bowl.Add 1 tsp chilly powder, salt and mix well.

2. Heat a kadai with oil,add mustard,jeera, hing, red chilly and curry leaves.

3. Add it to the mango mixture and mix well.Instant pickle is now ready to serve.

1. This pickle can be used only for oneday.
