Jeera – ½ tsp Hing -3/4 tsp Red chilly – 1 Curry leaves – few Method: 1. Cut the mango into small squares and take it in a bowl.Add 1 tsp chilly powder, salt and mix well. 2. Heat a kadai with oil,add mustard,jeera, hing, red chilly and curry leaves. 3. Add it to the mango mixture and mix well.Instant pickle is now ready to serve. Note: 1. This pickle can be used only for oneday.
