1. Boil 11/2 glass water ,add chopped yellow pumbkin & salt. When the vegetable is 3/4 cooked ,add the ground paste, cooked turdal and mix well.
2. Stir contionously and allow it to cook for 3 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard, jeera, split uraddal, hing and curry leaves. Add this to the kootu along with finely chopped coriander leaves.
