Vendakai – 4 nos (medium size )(Lady’s finger)
fresh curd – 4 to 5 tsp
salt – to taste
coriander leaves -1 tsp
Roast and Grind (roast and grind into fine paste )
Urad dal -1 tsp
Hing – 1/2 tsp
coconut piece – 1
Green chilly – 2 nos
oil – 1/4 tsp
Seasoning
Mustard seeds – 1/4tsp
Split uraddal -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Method

Wash and cut the lady’s finger as shown in the picture.

Heat 1 tspoil in a kadai, fry the lady’s finger till it shrings in size and set aside.

Take 4 tsp curd in a bowl , add finely chopped coriander leaves , the ground paste, fried lady’s finger and mix well.

Heat oil ina kadai ,splutter mustard seeds,split uraddal, curry leaves,add this to the patchadi.

Serve with hotrice, sambar and pulikulambu.
