Vendakai           –  4 nos  (medium size )(Lady’s finger)

fresh curd                        –   4 to 5 tsp

salt                                       – to taste

coriander leaves         -1 tsp

Roast and Grind  (roast and grind  into  fine paste )

Urad dal                              -1 tsp

Hing                                      –  1/2 tsp

coconut piece                 – 1

Green chilly                     – 2 nos

oil                                          – 1/4 tsp 

Seasoning

Mustard seeds                – 1/4tsp

Split uraddal                      -1/2 tsp

Curry leaves                      –  few

Oil                                            – 1/2 tsp

  1. Wash and cut the lady’s finger as shown in the picture. 

  2. Heat 1 tspoil in a kadai, fry the lady’s finger till it shrings in size and set aside.

  4. Take 4 tsp curd in a bowl , add  finely chopped coriander leaves , the ground paste, fried lady’s finger and mix well.

  5. Heat oil ina kadai ,splutter mustard seeds,split uraddal, curry leaves,add this to the patchadi.

  7. Serve with hotrice, sambar and pulikulambu.
