Maravallikilangu Podimas (Tapioca)

Maravalli kilangu – 1/2kg
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Ginger -1’ finely chopped
Green chilly – 3 split
Turmeric Powder – 1/2tsp
Salt – to taste
Seasoning
Mustard seed -1/2tsp
Jeera – 1/2tsp
Split Uraddal – 1 tsp
Hing – 1/2tsp
Crushed Garlic – 3 pods
Curry Leaves – few
Method:

1. Clean and pressure cook the maravallikilangu by adding required salt and turmeric powder.
2. Peel of the skin and cut into bite size cubes.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, jeera, split uraddal, hing, ginger, crushed garlic,chopped greenchilly,curry leaves & saute for one minute.

4. Now add finely chopped onion and salt.Fry till the onion turn light brown.

5. Now add the cooked tapico, stir well for 2 minutes.
6. Serve Hot oz z z z
