Noodles – 1pocket
Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Babycorn – 1
Crushed garlic – 3pods
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1 ( small )
Cabbage – 50grams
Chilly sauce – 1/2tsp
Tomato sauce – 1/2tsp
Soya sauce – 1/2tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt – to taste
Green chilly – 3 slit
Method:
1. Cook the noodles with enough water and salt. Strain using a strainer&wash the cooked noodles with cold water once.
2. Chop the vegetables into thin long slices.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, add crushed garlic,add the chopped veggies.
4. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes in high flame,add split green chilly,salt.
5. Mix well . Add the tomato sauce,garlic chilly sauce,soya sauce.
6. Mix well. Now add the cooked noodles,flip over and mix nicely.
7. After 1 minute switch off the flame, Serve Hot.
