Cluster beans                            -1/4kg

Redchilly                                        – 2

Idlypodi                                           – 1 tbsp

Cooked tuvardal                         –  1 tbsp

Grated coconut                            – 2 tbsp

Salt                                                       – as required

Seasoning:

Mustard seeds                               -1/2 tsp

Jeera                                                    – 1/4 tsp

Split uraddal                                     – 1tsp

Hing                                                       – 1/3 tsp

Oil                                                            – 1 tbsp

Boil  1/2 glass  of  water  , add the 1cm size chopped clusterbeans,Redchilly, salt.

The beans get cooked 2 to 3 minutes, now drain the water.

Heat the kadai with 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, add jeera, uraddal,

Hing & curry leaves.

Add the cooked beans,  Idly podi, Cookeddal, Grated coconut.  Mix well.

Serve with Hot Rice with rasam
