Simple onion , Tomato Thair pachadi

Onion                                          – 1  finely chopped

Tomato                                       – 1 finely chopped

Moor milagai                            –  2

Salt                                                  – to taste

Fresh curd                                   –  4 tbsp

Seasoning:

Mustard     Seeds               – 1/2 tsp

Jeera                                         –  1/4 tsp

Split uraddal                         –  1/2 tsp

Oil                                               – 1 tsp

Heat oil in a kadai , splutter mustard seeds,  jeera , urad dal and split moormilagai.

Fry for a minute and transfer to a bowl. Add finely chopped  onion, tomato, salt and

4 tbsp curd. Mix well. Serve with Hot  Sponge Dosa.
