Rava Laddu

Rava                                     – 1/2 kg

Sugar                                   – 1/2 kg  ( powder )

Cashews                             – 1/2 cup ( cut into small pieces)

Dry grapes                         – 1/2 cup

Ghee                                      – 1 big tumbler  ( as required )

Elachi                                     – 10  ( powdered )

Roast the rava and make into fine powder.

Powder the sugar and keep.  Roast the elachi and powder it.

Heat 1/2  the  quantity ghee in a kadai and fry the cashews and Raisins.

Once the cashews are little browned and raisins swell up. Transfer to a bowl.

Now  take the powdered rava in a big plate, add sugar, powdered elachi, cashew,

Raisins. Mix well. Now add  hot ghee.

To make round laddus,( when the ghee is hot as shown in the figure )

Tasty Rava Laddu ‘s are  ready.

Note:

1. Add the ghee slowly and make laddu’s.  when the ghee is hot.

2. Keep the ghee ready in 4 parts so that it will easy to heat and mix and make laddu.

3. Sugar should be powdered compulserly.

4. Rava  should     be roasted properly ( gives nice  aroma ) and powdered.
