Bread Slices – 8

Onion – 2 finely chopped

Tomato – 2 finely chopped

Greenchilly – 2 finely chopped

Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp

Salt – to taste

Seasoning

Mustard seeds – 1/2tsp

Jeera – 1/2tsp

Splituraddal – 1tsp

Channadal – 1tsp

Oil – 2tsp

Curryleaves – few

Method:

1. Heat 2tbsp oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, jeera, split uraddal, channadal, once the dal turns golden brown, add curry leaves, green chilly and finely chopped onions.

2. Saute for a 2 minutes, add turmeric powder, salt and finely chopped tomatoes.

3. Saute till the tomatoes turns mushy.

4. Tear the bread slices into irrecular pieces and add     this to the kadai

5. Give a nice mix for 5 minutes.

6. Serve as Hot and Yummy Breakfast.

Tips:

Squeeze ½ lemon for a tangy taste.
