Mithi pagal sambar
Mithipagal – 1 tumbler ( 20 )
Chopped tomato – 1
Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tsp
Sambar powder – 1 tsp.
Tuvardal ( cooked ) – 3 to 4 tsp.
Oil – 1 ½ tsp.
Salt – to taste
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp.
Jeera -1/4 tsp.
Hing – 1/4tsp
Curry leaves – few
Oil -1 tsp.
Method:

2. Heat oil in a kadai, add sliced mithipagal, fry for 5 minutes , till it is completely cooked.

4. Add the samba powder, salt, chopped tomato and mix well, add tamarind juice.

6. Let it boil for 3 minutes, add cooked tur dal. Let the sambar boil for 2 minutes.

8. Season with mustard seeds, jeera , hing and curry leaves.
