Garlic – 4 pods
Rasam podi – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind – goosebury size
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – few
Tomato – 1 ( optional)
Dal water – 1 small cup ( optional)
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Jeera – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly – 1
Poondu – 5 pods
Curry leaves – few
Method:
In a bowl , take tamarind juice, add turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves,
crushed garlic and rasam powder. Mix well and keep.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds,jeera,crushed garlic , curry leaves, Red
chilly, let it splutter, add the mixture kept in the bowl.
When it start boiling switch off the flame , and take it in a bowl. Serve with Hot Rice.
