Manathakali keerai     – 1bunch

Onion                            -1

Tomato                        -1

Tuvardal Cooked  –  3tbsp

Sambar powder      – 1/2tsp

Salt                                 – to taste

Seasoning: 

Mustard seeds      – 1/2tsp

Jeera                         – 1/4tsp

Split uraddal          – 1/2tsp

Curry leaves          -Few

Redchilly                – 1

Oil                               -2 tsp

Wash and Clean the green leaves, finely chop it and set aside.

Boil one glass of water in a kadai, add the chopped green leaves, sambar

powder and salt.

Allow it to cook for  few  minutes. Now  add the cooked turvar dal, give

nice mix and  set aside.

Heat 2tsp oil in a another kadai, splutter Mustard seeds, jeera,Split uraddal

and Red chilly, Curry leaves. Now add finely chopped onion, garlic pods, once

they turns translucent  add chopped tomato. Saute till the tomatoes turns mushy.

Add this to the cooked green leaves, Mix well. Serve with Hot Rice and Potato/

Yam Fry.
