Curd                    – 1 small cup

Crushed garlic      –  2 pods

Turmeric powder   – 1/4 tsp

Red chilly   powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt                    – to taste

Seasoning:

Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp

Jeera               – 1/4 tsp

Crushed garlic – 6 to 8 pods

Split uraddal    –  1/2 tsp

Curry leaves   –  few

Oil     –  2 tsp

Heat oil  in   a  kadai,  splutter   the  mustard seeds,  add  jeera,  uraddal,crushed garlic  &

curry  leaves. Add  1/2 tsp  red  chilly  powder ,

turmeric powder, salt and 1/2 tumbler  water.

Let this  boil   till  the water   becomes  half.

Add  this  to   the cup  of  curd  and stir  well.

It goes well with dosai  . idly. Hot rice.                       –
