Atta _ 1 cup

Water _ 1/2tsp

Salt _ to taste

Oil _ for frying

Method:

1. Take 1 cupnatta in widemouth bowl and add salt, mix well.

2. Now add water slowly and make it into a foam dough.

3. Make small balls from the dough and set aside.Grease oil to the surface where you are going to prepare pooris.

4. Take one small ball ,place it in the greased oily surface and make into thin round shape.

5. Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil gets heated well, drop the round shape poori.

6. Slowly the poori swells up, now flipover.

7. Hot fluffy poori are ready tobe served with Aloo Masala or any other masala your choice.
